Well then, I am extremely stoked to hear I’ve just won the Austrian Alpine Club Best Portrait/People Image of 2019 and also come runner-up in their First Time Entrant category for my image of Tom and Bobby ascending the South West ridge of the Weissmies in Switzerland at dawn.

The winning images are due to be published in the club’s autumn newsletter and on display at the AGM in November.

On a different note, I appreciate it’s been a loonnnnngggggg time since I wrote anything on this blawg. But, that’s changing. I’ve finally got some time to put fingers to keyboard and a ton of adventures to share.
